Sorbitol is a sweetener which is naturally found in some fruits including apples, peaches, plums, apricots, figs, and dates.

Typically Use: As a Sugar Substitute it sometimes can be used as a direct sugar replacement.  It is used in Baking, Chocolates, and Candy Making.
